Barriers to Active Travel
This project aimed to listen to local people to better understand how they travel in, around, and through the Bradford neighbourhoods of Owlet and Frizinghall. The goal was to conduct collaborative research and generate ideas for reducing car traffic in the area and making it easier for people to walk, wheel, and cycle shorter journeys.
We engaged over 200 local residents using a variety of creative methods, including working with a local young producer, hosting pop-ups, conducting interviews, and organizing community activities such as litter picks and a snicket #glowup.
